We are more than just a gym. We are a group of people who want to elevate our lifestyle through fitness and enhance our legacy to the generations after us. We can't pass down what we don't do ourselves. So, it starts with us. We train like athletes to prove we can. We train hard to show our family and friends how life should be lived to the fullest.
People stop progressing in their fitness levels when they get caught in the same old routine. That is why we do the programming work for you! We have the mindset that no matter where you are at in your fitness journey, you need to train like an athlete. After all, that is what we at H.E.A.T know how do best, train athletes! To do this, we predominately incorporate a hybrid of the Tier System made popular by Joe Kenn (Carolina Panthers S&C coach) as part of our programming and periodization. What does that mean to you? We change the program continually so you don't have to worry about plateauing or halting your progression!

THE BEHIND THE SCENES OF TRAINING LEGENDS.
Kyle Henley is the founder and Head Performance Coach of H.E.A.T (Henley Elite Athlete Training). Kyle has had the privilege to work with hundreds of student athletes, assisting them in their athletic journey. While working with youth, Kyle's desire for helping adult's in their training began to flourish. He noticed a trend that adults were "stuck" in their workouts. Whether it's to become more fit, do well in a obstacle race, or just enjoy a healthy life style; you need to train like an athlete. That is why Kyle started Training Legends. To give normal, everyday people that are trying to live a healthy lifestyle, the opportunity to train just like an athlete.
